Bag tag

Now, for those of you that aren't into this blogging thing as much as I am let me fill you in. Some people do little daily projects, or challenges, or assignments... Whatever you wanna call them.. Today, Jen @ Buried with Children did a bag tag and I thought it would be fun. Everyone in my family knows I'm a label whore when it comes to purses (sooo fun). Soooo.....


Here are the rules:

1) Post a picture of whatever bag you are carrying as of late. No, you cannot go up to your closet and pull out that cute little purse you used back before you had kids. I want to know what you carried today or the last time you left the house.

2) I want to know how much it cost:) And this is not to judge. This is for entertainment purposes only. So spill it. And if there is a story to go along with how you obtained it, I’d love to hear it.

3) Tag some chicks. And link back to this post so people know why the heck you’re showing everyone your diaper bag/non-diaper bag.


I have been carrying this bag for a couple months now. I may switch out soon though. We'll see how my mood goes. So it is... Drumroll please!

So this is my purse. It is the only bag I carry, unless we are going to football or baseball practice or a game and Adam needs help carrying a bag. OR if Megan wants me to carry her dance bag (never). I carried a heavy, full twin-sized diaper bag for years and because they are seven I don't have to carry that anymore! YAY! Anyhoo, it's a real Coach bag and I don't remember how much it costs. Let's just say they normally go for somewhere in the neighborhood of $400.00. Buuut, I got it at the Coach outlet for less than 1/2 price!! Yay me! I love getting good deals!

Now, for the piece de resistance... What's inside?

Uh-huh.. I know! Right?!

My wallet, at least 2 different flavors of gum at all times, my keys, a li'l photo album, IBUPROFIN, my glasses inside the case (need for driving at night), sunblock stick, antibacterial gel (told y'all!), lotion, a little makeup bag, at least 1 hair-clip, and a little monthly calendar book.

OH! I almost forgot!! My cell phone was on my desk when I was taking pictures so I TOTALLY forgot the ONE thing that absolutely CANNOT be forgotten at home. EVER.



So there you have it. My life in a nutshell, or purse. whatever. It goes everywhere with me and it isn't very exciting now, is it?
